This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator located in Elko, NV. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery for excavation purposes, maintaining equipment, and using various equipment for earthwork and reclamation projects. Daily tasks include operating heavy equipment, performing excavation work, maintaining used equipment, and supporting drill operations.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment and excavation
- Skills in equipment maintenance and handling used equipment
- Ability to safely and effectively operate various types of heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in earthwork and reclamation is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
