Walsh Electrical Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing commercial construction team.

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Foreman, you'll lead field operations on commercial construction projects from startup through completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices while building high-performing teams.
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower to maximize productivity.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and other trades.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
- Identify and resolve field challenges while keeping projects moving forward.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, project specifications, and company quality standards.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and NEC requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
