Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of project supervision and site management. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family residential and/or commercial construction and a strong understanding of structural concrete, steel, and wood frame construction. 

This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and quality control. If you have the experience and expertise to oversee complex projects, we encourage you to apply. 

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the highest level of job site safety, including surrounding areas, to achieve positive safety outcomes-our top priority. Manage the overall safety of the job site and relevant surrounding areas and set the tone for achieving positive safety results on the project. 
• Delivering each project to the client with the highest level of quality.  Ensure that each project is delivered to the client with the highest level of quality.  
• Developing and managing the project schedule, ensuring all milestones and completion dates are met.  
• Effectively managing project costs to stay within budget. 
• Facilitating clear communication and coordination on-site, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles, responsibilities, and project expectations. Responsible for communication and management of the job site.  Ensure that all parties involved are aware of their responsibilities and informed of project status and expectations. 
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring logistical planning supports the project schedule.

• Possess skills and leadership ability in time management, teamwork, organization and problem solving. 
• Ability to lead by example and using Walsh Values as a guide. 
• Ability to read, speak and understand English. 
• Utilize excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to work in and lead project teams. 
• Ability to identify, mediate, resolve or elevate conflicts on the jobsite, as needed. 
• Ability to read plans understand specifications. 
• Use discretion with confidential/sensitive information. 
• Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit and Viewpoint construction software. 

Salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
