Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, 6-Month Contract position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, workplace conflict, investigations, grievances, discipline, and terminations.
- Lead end-to-end workplace investigations, including interviews, evidence review, findings, reporting, and recommendations.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and difficult employee conversations.
- Interpret, apply, and develop HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve sensitive workplace issues and mitigate organizational risk.
- Track employee relations trends, maintain case documentation, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and deliver training on workplace policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7 years of employee relations experience, including workplace investigations and policy interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with investigations, performance management, progressive discipline, and employee relations documentation.
- Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.

- 15% travel
