Description: Our client is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
· Develop and maintain the company's marketing calendar.
· Manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content.
· Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and print advertisements.
· Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistent branding across all platforms.
· Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
· Maintain the company website and online business profiles.
· Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid social media and PPC.
· Manage online reviews and help maintain the company's online reputation.
· Ensure all marketing materials comply with advertising guidelines.
· Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and weekly sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
· 3 years of marketing and digital marketing experience; real estate experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Publisher), and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
· Experience managing social media platforms, digital advertising, and website content.
· Strong graphic design, copywriting, and content creation skills.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
