Our optometry practice continues to grow. We now have five optometrists working between our three locations in Walnutport, Wind Gap and Parkland.
We are looking for an experienced lead receptionist.

Responsibilities:
- Handle answering a heavy volume of phone calls, returning phone calls
- Responding to patient text messages and emails
- Retrieve and send faxes
- Greet and direct patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments
- Keeping the front office running smoothly
- Verify Insurance eligibility and collect copay's
- Submit to Insurance companies
- Sending out monthly patient recalls and billing statements
- Multi Tasking and teamwork
- Helping in all areas within the practice
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role a must
- Available to work the hours of operations
- Travel between our three locations; Walnutport, Wind Gap and Parkland
- Multi-tasking in a fast pace work environment
- Maintaining a positive friendly attitude at all times with a smile
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working as a team
