Location: El Dorado, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Role

We’re a family-owned, USDA inspected facility in El Dorado, KS looking for an experienced beef boner to join our processing team. Boning and fabrication are the primary responsibilities, with assistance on slaughter two days per week as part of a cross-trained, team-based operation.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands speed, yield, and consistency and isn’t afraid to help where needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Boning out beef with a focus on yield and efficiency
• Beef fabrication in a medium-volume USDA facility
• Assisting on slaughter two days per week (not full-time kill floor)
• Maintaining USDA, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Working efficiently with a small, experienced crew

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience boning out beef
• Comfortable working in a USDA inspected environment
• Able to maintain pace without sacrificing yield
• Willing to assist in slaughter as part of a team-based operation
• Reliable, steady, and drama-free

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
