We have been experiencing unprecedented growth and have an immediate need for Detailers in our new dealership in southern Indiana.

Business is better than ever, and we are in need of Unit Cleaners-Detailers to clean new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units, as well. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record, and be willing to work a schedule that may include Saturdays. You must be professional, courteous, and reliable at all times.

A Detailer/Lot Porter will see a high volume of RVs and therefore, will become familiar with a wide variety of units. We are interested in candidates who are smart, ambitious, reliable and eager to work. We need a Detailer who is thorough and takes pride in his/her work. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for meticulously cleaning and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our diverse RV inventory. Your tasks will include washing, waxing, and polishing both the interior and exterior of RVs, as well as conducting thorough inspections to identify and address any cosmetic imperfections. Our detail crew is one of the most important positions within our dealership, as we want to exceed the customers expectations and deliver on the outstanding customer experience we aim to provide!

Job Responsibilities:

• *Clean the interior of the recreational vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, kitchens and bathrooms
• * Detail/Wash the exterior of units
• * Clean, wax, polish, prep and refurbish new and used units
• *Maintain our dealership’s standard of excellence in quality and service
• * Inspect the vehicles thoroughly
• * Coordinate work with team members
• * Facility and Lot Maintenance ( Cleaning bathrooms, Trash, Weed Eating, Blowing Etc)

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• RV knowledge, helpful
