Walnut Media is seeking an accomplished Multimedia Marketing Consultant to manage and grow key client relationships while aggressively driving new business through innovative, multi-platform advertising strategies, supported by data-driven and AI-enhanced insights. Platforms include Walnut Radio stations - Boomer, KCRO, Bluffs Country, The Best Mix & Big Dog in Fremont as well as Performance Digital and Performance Podcast. This role is ideal for a strategic, competitive marketing professional with strong business acumen and a proven ability to build long-term client partnerships through integrated radio, digital and podcast solutions.
The successful candidate will manage and expand an existing book of business while pursuing new account opportunities across the Omaha metro area, Lincoln, Fremont, Blair, and Council Bluffs, delivering integrated, results-focused marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated radio and digital marketing campaigns aligned with client goals
- Grow an existing account portfolio while prospecting and closing new business
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, industries, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate internally to ensure effective campaign execution and optimization
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Stay current on evolving media trends, digital platforms, and advertising best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior-level experience in radio, digital, or multimedia advertising sales preferred
- Strong understanding of integrated and evolving digital marketing strategies
- Proven success managing a robust sales funnel and full sales cycle
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicle
