We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with medical documentation to ensure accurate patient records.
- Support nursing staff in urgent care situations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient needs.
- Experience working with children or in pediatrics is preferred.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices to maintain accurate records.
