Position Summary
The Rehab Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing rehabilitation work on mobile homes across multiple communities in the Farmington, MO area. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, managing unit rehabs from move-out to rent-ready, coordinating labor and materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has strong construction and maintenance experience, can lead small crews, and takes ownership of unit quality and schedules across several properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrailer Rehab & Construction
- Lead full and partial rehabs of mobile homes, including:
- Flooring, subfloor repair, and trim
- Drywall repair, painting, and interior finishes
- Cabinet, door, window, and fixture replacement
- Skirting, siding, decking, and exterior repairs
- Perform or coordinate minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
- Ensure all rehabs meet company quality standards and local code requirements
Project & Crew Leadership
- Serve as the on-site lead for rehab projects across multiple parks
- Direct and support maintenance staff, laborers, and subcontractors
- Assign daily tasks and track progress against rehab schedules
- Ensure safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness
Multi-Park Support
- Travel between multiple mobile home communities in the Farmington area
- Prioritize rehabs based on occupancy needs and leasing timelines
- Coordinate with park managers on unit status and readiness
Budget, Materials & Scheduling
- Estimate rehab scope, labor, and material needs for each unit
- Order materials and manage inventory efficiently
- Control rehab costs and minimize waste
- Track rehab timelines and report completion status
Quality Control & Reporting
- Inspect completed work to ensure consistency and durability
- Identify potential long-term maintenance issues during rehab
- Communicate progress, delays, or issues to ownership/management
- Assist with turnover documentation and unit punch lists
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
