Role Description
This is a long-term substitute teacher position, with the strong possibility to become a permanent, full-time, on-site early childhood teacher, located just outside Troy, OH. The teacher will engage in creating and implementing a curriculum that fosters children's development across social, emotional, intellectual, and physical domains. Responsibilities include actively teaching, supervising, and nurturing children, creating opportunities for exploration and discovery, and encouraging problem-solving and creative thinking. Collaboration with colleagues and parents to support each child’s unique needs is also key to this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education and knowledge of Child Development
- Experience in Teaching and Working With Children
- Ability to design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate Curriculum Development
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A passion for fostering growth and learning in young children
