Qualifications
- Experience preferred but will train the right individual
- Enjoy diagnosing technical problems
- Ability to organize well and be highly attentive to detail
- An advanced user level of IT literacy in common systems (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Have a basic understanding of support tools, and first level trouble shooting
- Deep desire to learn and grow in the technical field
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware such as phones, computers, printers, and handheld scanners
- Being the first response on help desk duties and doing initial troubleshooting
- Setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Assist in the management of phone/email communication systems
- Assist in the maintenance of servers and primary infrastructure as directed, including pulling ethernet cable, installing display screens on the shop floor, performing device audits, and creating backups and restoring devices from back ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
