Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care according to established nursing standards and facility policies

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care
