Walnut Creek Country Club is one of southeast Michigan's premier private clubs featuring 27 holes of golf, a vibrant tennis and pool experience, two a la carte restaurants and a large private dining space. The club continues to grow with an energetic, forward-thinking membership that loves to connect and celebrate. With the golf season quickly approaching, we are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to help oversee our a la carte dining operations. The Chef de Cuisine will be primarily focused on one of our restaurants, and support the other dining outlets as needed.
Position Overview
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading the kitchen team and overseeing culinary operations of the onsite restaurants. This role ensures the highest standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and safety while maintaining efficient kitchen workflow and cost control. The Chef de Cuisine collaborates closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned with the club's vision and values.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
