Overview
Join our small but mighty team to help provide personalized and comprehensive care to our community. We are looking for an Audiologist who will bring empathy, knowledge, and a positive attitude to our team. In this role, you will provide hearing evaluations, tinnitus evaluations, vestibular evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and APD evaluations. Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations of hearing and balance functions using advanced audiological equipment
  • Perform comprehensive assessments for patients age 4
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including fitting hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Educate patients and their families on hearing health, device usage, and maintenance to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and send reports in a timely manner to referral sources.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Doctorate (AuD/PhD) or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure as a dispensing Audiologist in California
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to audiology
  • Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and aseptic procedures during device fittings or procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently
  • Competent computer skills with familiarity in hearing aid fitting software, Computerized audiometry
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and guide junior staff or interns when necessary

Pay: $57.26 - $72.11 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
