Are you looking for a job that offers more responsibility, more pay, and more opportunity? As an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor, you are responsible for all Online Order Fulfillment processes.
Team Associates in your area will look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions.
- This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.
Order fillers - Personal Shoppers also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.
- Prioritize tasks, execute processes and deliver results.
- Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action.
o Leads team associates effectively; prioritizing and delegating daily workloads; monitoring and communicating team staffing needs; ensuring area processes are executed effectively; setting clear expectations; communicating goals; maintaining open dialogue with team associates; providing consistent follow up to verify workload completion; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and participating in the coaching, training, and evaluation of associates.
o Maintains area merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy by leading and guiding teams in receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise; removing damaged or out-of-date goods; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; zoning the sales area; signing and pricing merchandise appropriately; binning and picking merchandise; completing bin audits; working inventory exceptions; correcting shelf capacities; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise; following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; and following opening and closing procedures in area of responsibility.
o Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
o Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
o Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
