The Manager II, Seller Planning - ETS is responsible for analyzing and planning future capabilities for the Walmart Restored Program, as well as other initiatives for the ETS (Entertainment Toys and Seasonal) division, driving growth of refurbished and pre-owned inventory sales at Walmart. They work in close collaboration with Product Management, Programs, Site Operations, Omni Merchandise Operations, Strategic Account Management, and Business Development, among others, to help create frictionless seller and customer experiences that drive business growth. The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00

You'll make an impact by:
- Analyzing results and sizing new capabilities to grow the Walmart Restored program: work closely with finance and other teams to review Restored program results, define new capabilities, and define the opportunity size of capabilities to grow the program
- Analyzing and driving optimization of the Restored and Pre-Owned item catalog: In partnership with sellers and account managers, identifying opportunities to improve item offer clarity, and then working across teams to implement changes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve adoption and streamline processes: Work with account managers, category leads, business development teams, and other cross-functional partners to document and improve existing processes, both in the Walmart Restored program and other areas of ETS, to streamline processes and define future ways of working

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years' experience in Business Management, Product, Marketing, Program Management, Merchandising, Finance, Analytics, or a related area. E-Commerce and/or E-Commerce Marketplace experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Experience with project management ways of working.
- Ability to analyze business and present data clearly to highlight insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.
- Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
