Duties
- Assist customers by selecting and preparing personalized shopping orders based on their preferences and needs
- Use barcode scanners and mobile devices to accurately pick, verify, and process items in the warehouse or store environment
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone
- Ensure produce standards are maintained by inspecting items for freshness and quality before packing
- Handle food products safely by following proper food handling and order preparation procedure
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to operate barcode scanners, mobile devices, and basic math skills for order accuracy
- Knowledge of grocery store operations, produce standards, and food handling protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
