Step into a high-impact role leading a major Grocery MDC facility. As General Manager, you’ll set the vision, drive operational results, and develop leaders who power world‑class logistics.
You will:
- Own the plan: Drive and oversee the facility’s business plan to meet goals in production, quality, and safety—and champion strategic improvements across complex operations.
- Staff for success: Review and approve forecasted staffing plans to meet demand and performance targets.
- Run the numbers: Manage budgets, track expenses vs. plan, monitor asset utilization, and analyze business reports to ensure profitability.
- Raise the bar: Ensure facility‑wide compliance with Logistics, quality, and safety standards—building procedures and documentation that stick.
- Solve with facts: Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through thorough investigation and sound decision‑making.
- Lead in the community: Serve as a liaison with local organizations; champion company programs and events.
- Grow leaders: Set direction, communicate goals, coach and develop talent, and oversee hiring, promotion, teaching, and evaluation of associates.

Pay & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $180,000 – $270,000
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses; may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Stock eligibility (based on location and role).

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management) and 3 years in a senior operations/distribution/logistics/retail leadership role OR
- 2 years as a Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager OR
- 5 years in a senior operations/distribution/logistics/retail leadership role.
- Experience includes supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in facility‑wide hiring and promotions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Apparel Product Development, Business Operations, Compliance, Facilities Planning, Financial Modeling & Analysis, Logistics, Modeling/Forecasting, Budgeting & Execution, P&L Accountability, Recruiting, Supervising Associates, Talent Development, Walmart Logistics Manager, WMS.
Degrees: Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, Operations Management, Video Production.
