What you'll do...
Operate and enhance third-party service provider processes
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for the Service Provider Access Agreement (SPAA) and Verified Service Provider (VSP) programs across U.S. and international markets.
- Review, process, and maintain applications and provider documentation to ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate third-party provider directories.
- Serve as a primary contact for providers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of questions and issues.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements that reduce manual touchpoints and increase efficiency.
- Build AI-assisted exception-management rules and automation within platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Airtable.
- Partner with Product Operations to embed governance and access requirements into the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Support quarterly business reviews with Legal, Data Security, Product, and cross-functional partners.
- Surface insights related to provider capabilities, compliance risks, and process performance.
- Translate findings into clear documentation, recommendations, and updates to the product roadmap or resource plans.
- Develop and maintain clear partner “purpose” definitions to support consistent decision-making and reduce ambiguity.
- Draft and manage SPAA language, addenda, and documentation to support scalable supplier self-service.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving governance requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Data Security teams to integrate SPAA workflows into supplier tools, dashboards, and portals.
- Provide insights and trends gathered from providers, clients, and account teams to inform business and product decisions.
- Balance speed and accuracy when responding to internal and external requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in partner operations, program management, process improvement, customer success, or similar roles.
- Experience improving or scaling operational workflows or governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using workflow tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Airtable) and Excel/Sheets.
- Ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly across teams.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in data, SaaS, analytics, retail technology, or ad-tech environments.
- Understanding of vendor onboarding, data governance, third-party risk, or supplier management processes.
- Experience facilitating business reviews or producing insight-based recommendations for leadership.
