What you'll do...

We are searching for a motivated, bilingual Spanish Senior Solution Consultant to join our dynamic New Markets Solution Consulting team. The Solution Consultant has a clear understanding of the components of the Walmart Scintilla technical data products for technical and business value. Your responsibilities will include understanding the needs of the customer, demonstrating products, applying technical product knowledge to help clients, and executing and building processes to effectively accomplish team goals. To be a successful Solution Consultant, you will develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers, prospects, and internal organizational partners. A top-notch candidate should be knowledgeable about competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology and business value to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences. This associate will report to the Senior Manager, Solution Consulting.

Walmart Data Ventures (WDV) is focused on building solutions with Walmart’s rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better decisions. The New Markets team within Data Ventures is leading the growth in International markets for our growing product portfolio.

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, AR.

What you'll do:

• Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products.
• Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable with clear action steps.
• Work with cross functional teams via established ways of working while providing process improvement insight.
• Understand current product capabilities as well as stay up to date on product roadmaps.
• Lead technical product demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption activities.
• You will report to management about sales made.
• You will update records of customer communications and contact information.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish language required.
• 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Retail Data Experience.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how Walmart Scintilla (or comparable industry product) works.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• The ability to work with internal partners such as sales and product teams.
• Skills in selling products and closing deals.
• Knowledge of modern SaaS UI, API, and Data solution structure.
• Experience in conducting presentations to internal and external partners.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel when needed.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 1 year's experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting., Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements., Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
