What you'll do:
- Own and drive the product vision and strategy for a complex product family within the Offsite Ads Product portfolio, aligning advertiser needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Lead multiple internal and partner cross functional teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to value realization, ensuring measurable outcomes and financial accountability.
- Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, feasibility, cost, and time-to-value while guiding product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Champion data-driven decision making by defining metrics, leveraging analytics, and applying experimentation to optimize product performance.
- 10 years of experience leading product vision and strategy for complex product families within Adtech/Martech, driving multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, including defining outcome-based metrics, experimentation, and leveraging AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing product talent, fostering high-performing teams, and influencing stakeholders.
- Skilled in balancing technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value while managing trade-offs at scale.
- Experience owning P&L implications and translating product strategy into measurable financial outcomes.
