Growth Insights & Optimization Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of growth insights and optimization recommendations across strategic partners.
- Ensure partners receive clear, actionable guidance tied to performance improvement, growth, and adoption.
- Measure success based on incrementality and outcomes, not baseline activity or reporting volume.
- Establish and own a practical incremental measurement methodology (baseline vs. post, target vs. actual, contribution/attribution, and test-and-learn where feasible) to prove the value of insights delivered.
- Build and govern scalable dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that surface partner performance trends, growth opportunities, and drivers — maintaining a single source of truth.
- Create visibility into the “insight → action → outcome” chain so the team can quantify which recommendations drive measurable partner impact.
- Translate standardized intelligence into repeatable activation models, “insight modules,” and playbooks.
- Drive scale through automation, templates, and consistent frameworks.
- Reduce reliance on bespoke analyses while maintaining high-impact support for priority partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on growth insights, optimization, and analytics.
- Set clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms aligned to broader leadership priorities.
- Own prioritization, workload planning, and delivery standards to ensure focus and high-quality output.
- Partner closely with Sales, PDMs, Optimization, Sales Ops, analytics/BI, and Partner Network stakeholders to drive execution.
- Serve as the primary owner for external activation workflows tied to growth insights.
- Surface partner needs, trends, and friction points to inform prioritization and planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., analytics, advertising, economics, mathematics, business administration) AND 10-15 years of experience in growth optimization, performance improvement, analytics/insights, or driving adoption initiatives for products, customers, or marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in growth strategy, optimization, analytics, or partner enablement functions.
- Proficiency working hands-on with data and tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel to support data-driven decisions.
- KPI development and metric governance — strong dashboarding/reporting experience and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments and influence without direct authority.
- Experience prioritizing work in fast-moving environments with competing demands.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Media, ad tech, retail media, or platform ecosystem experience preferred.
