Senior Manager, Global IT SOX

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Global IT SOX in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to providing oversight of effectiveness of control environment for IT systs that support SOX, incl consideration of IT general controls (ITGCs) & rel. IT dependencies such as automated controls, key reports, calculations, & interfaces, to ensure alignment w/ PCAOB standards & internal compliance req'mts. Bachelor's or equiv in Bus., Accnt'g, Eng'g, IT, or rel. fld 6 yrs of post-bachelor's prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in IT, audit, or info. security or rel. exp; OR Master's or equiv in Bus., Accnt'g, Eng'g, IT, or rel. fld 4 yrs of exp in IT, audit, or info. security or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Applying PCAOB & AICPA audit methodologies to assess control environ. & implement internal controls for compliance w/ standards; Using risk mgmt methodologies, frameworks, & principles such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), COSO framework, & SSAE 18 standards to dsgn & implement internal controls to mitigate risks of material misstatement in fin'l reporting; Dsgn'g & implementing IT General Controls, automated controls, reports, interfaces, & calculations to support annual Public Company Accnt'g Oversight Board (PCAOB) integrated audit.
