What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Performance Lead position at Wally Health?
Clinical Performance Lead
Location: NYC-based
Compensation: $100-125k | 0.01%-0.05% Equity
About Wally
We’re Wally, a fast-growing start-up building the future of dental care — giving the power back to patients and clinicians. We are uprooting the dental industry with our hygiene-led model, innovative hygiene technology (GBT), unlimited preventative & minimally invasive treatments, whitening, and affordable memberships— the result: No more getting drilled by a dentist again.
This matters because only 40% of American adults will go to the dentist this year, but 84% want more preventative dental care. The "drill and fill" model is driving an accessibility crisis for most people. To solve this, we have rebuilt the front door to the most modern, proactive-care dental experience in the world.
We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and motivated clinician. This leader will guide our clinical teams, helping them understand their performance, build confidence in care delivery, and elevate treatment conversations. By blending clinical expertise with strong relationship-building, you will deliver individualized and group training sessions that inspire our mission and drive success.
This role will help shape our clinical operations as we scale from 8 locations to 50 over the next 12 months - expanding our hygiene-led brand to give more clinicians something they can’t get anywhere else in the country. As we scale, we expect significant growth opportunities for impact, leadership, and career progression.
