Role Description
The In-Home Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, MI. The Consultant will be responsible for meeting homeowners in their residences to provide customized sales consultations. This includes understanding customer needs, assessing requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Additional tasks involve maintaining customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide customers toward tailored solutions
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster trust and long-term relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions and addressing customer inquiries effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage client interactions at on-site locations
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a bonus
