Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments ensuring accurate documentation and verification of items against purchase orders.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and move goods within the facility.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; document issues and communicate with suppliers or supervisors promptly.
- Stock shelves efficiently, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records accurately in real-time.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and shipping standards.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes including order picking, packing, and loading for outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to warehouse distribution activities.
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks or pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (Fiddle IO).
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment.
- Ability to load & unload trucks efficiently while following safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
