Position Overview
This full-time role is responsible for leading classroom activities, supporting children’s growth and development, and creating a safe, welcoming space for all participants.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with families
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Relevant education in early childhood or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet the physical and scheduling needs of the role
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
