Position Summary : The Accountant, Senior Living isresponsible for the financial accuracy and reportingofthe Wallick Senior Livingportfolio.Thispositioninteractsdirectlywith Executive Directors andBusiness Management Officerolesto ensurefinancialinformationis accurateandcomplete.Thispositionalsoperformsanalysisandparticipates inthebudget process, withfurther responsibilitiesregardingvarianceanalysisandforecasting. Strong working knowledge of seniors living operations is required to ensure effective communication with executive director's and other senior site staff
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts forinvolvingmost recently audited fiscal year,current year activity, and property budget forupcoming fiscal year.
