Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check in and check-out processes using hospitality reservation systems such as Choice Advantage or similar property management systems (PMS)
• Conduct nightly audits to reconcile financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and incident reports while ensuring compliance with hotel emergency procedures
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
• Perform routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards
• Prepare detailed shift reports covering occupancy status, financial summaries, and any operational issues encountered during the night shift
• Collaborate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless overnight operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially Coice Advantage or comparable platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes
• Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record accuracy
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast paced environment while maintaining high energy levels
