Job Title: Storekeeper – Oil & Gas Warehouse
Pay Rate: $21.00–$23.00/hr (DOE)
Assignment: 12 months; potential for permanent hire

Position Overview
The Storekeeper plays a crucial role supporting oil and gas field operations by managing the receiving, storage, and distribution of critical parts and materials in the warehouse. This hands-on, safety-focused role ensures crews always have timely access to equipment and supplies needed to maintain production, execute switch-outs, and minimize operational downtime. You will inspect inbound shipments, keep organized inventory, and maintain safe warehouse practices essential to efficient oilfield operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and store oilfield materials and equipment, verifying condition and accuracy against packing lists.
- Execute warehouse duties, including picking, packing, issuing, kitting, Kanban replenishment, and inventory disposal as directed.
- Safely operate forklift and pallet jack to move heavy tools and parts for maintenance or production switch-outs.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety in warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Prepare outbound shipments with appropriate packaging and documentation to support field requirements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues, ensuring uninterrupted oil and gas operations.
- Support materials management initiatives to optimize bin locations and streamline supply workflows.
- Strictly comply with company policies, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training (e.g., NEST) and use best safety practices, especially for tasks requiring physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs ).
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred; oil & gas industry experience a plus.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Teamwork and clear communication with colleagues and field crews are essential.
- Ability to handle physical and hands-on warehouse work, including safe heavy lifting.

- Fast-paced, physical warehouse setting supporting the demands of oil & gas field operations.
- High expectations for safety, organization, and detail.
- PPE required at all times.
