SALARY / WORK DAYS:
Hourly pay range minimum is $16.76; pay based upon experience; will work 7.5 hours daily, normally work 226 days annually
Primary Purpose: To provide clerical and logistical support in the areas of IMA (Instructional Materials, Technology, and Assessment) ordering, inventory, and delivery. This position ensures instructional resources are ordered accurately, maintained, tracked, and distributed efficiently to campuses and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Valid educational aide certification preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift and move instructional materials as required (up to 50 lbs).
Skyward proficiency preferred
Google Workspace proficiency preferred
Experience:
Three years clerical, classroom aide, or warehousing experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Ordering & Procurement
- Assist with entering and tracking IMA orders in EMAT.
- Verify order accuracy, including quantities, item descriptions, and budget codes
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of instructional materials, technology, and assessment resources.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile differences.
- Assist with inventory and billing for lost/damaged instructional materials.
- Label, organize, and store incoming materials according to district procedures.
- Assist in the disposal or redistribution of outdated or surplus materials.
Delivery & Distribution
- Prepare orders for delivery to campuses and departments.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries with maintenance staff as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation for items received and delivered.
Clerical/Support Functions
- Maintain digital and physical records of orders, deliveries, and inventories.
- Assist with preparing reports for district and state compliance.
- Support instructional staff with scheduling, communication, and follow-up tasks.
Other Duties
- Assist in instructional materials adoptions and distribution processes.
- Follow district policies and procedures regarding handling and storage of instructional resources.
