What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team member- shop position at Wallenpaupack Floral and Gifts?
Looking for an energic, production assistant to aid in the day-to-day operations for our flower shop.
No floral experience is needed. This is a 6-month contract based 1099.
Job tasks can include (but are not limited to):
- preping flowers
- assisting floral designer
- cleaning buckets
- organizing merchandise
- inspecting new products
- greening up vases, baskets, sprays, etc
- completing weekly quality checks for freshness
- watering plants
- planting
- decorating as needed
- writing cards
- answering phone calls
Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs and able to stand for long periods of time
Availability is a must during busy floral holidays
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
