For our office in Smyrna TN, we are looking for a highly motivated additional team member with solid experience in IT-Service Management and support, great communication skills and a high service delivery attitude to join us on our digital journey.
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Within the Service Management Team, you will be responsible for all End User Services & Infrastructure support at our locations in Smyrna TN.
- You will represent all provided IT services to WW users and will be responsible for all IT Service Support and Service Delivery actions taken to ensure they meet WWL business needs and IT Requirements.
- You will provide end-user onsite support or coordinate onsite support activities in close cooperation with our Global Service Desk and external IT Service providers.
- You initiate or assist to further develop and improve local and global IT services.
- You manage and coordinate local IT deployment projects as well as in corporation with the global IT teams.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Technical Competences/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer/Information Systems major and 2 years’ relevant experience, OR 4 years of experience in a technical support role
- PC/Laptop Installs, Moves, Additions, Changes, and Troubleshooting
- Help Desk Support
- Excellent Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10)
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Working Knowledge of networking including VPN and Wireless support
- Printer Support
- Handheld Scanner Support (Android based)
- Third Party Application Support
- Mobile Phones (iOS based)
- Audio/Video Setups
- Experience working closely with users, vendors, and all levels of management
