Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Processor at our equipment processing center in Decatur, Illinois. Starting rate of pay $20-$23/hour, depending on experience. - Load and unload construction equipment to/from trailers for receiving or shipment from the yard
- Safely operate lift truck, overhead crane, or other material
- Drive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting or raising or lowering attachments or other machine movements to facilitate transport
- Be able to work outside in all reasonable weather condition
- Read and interpret paperwork associated with the shipping/receiving function including but not limited to, bills of lading, shipping orders, manifests, tally sheets or export documentation.
- Must have a current driver’s license to drive units from the factory to the yard for storage or distribution WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes
- Ability to read and interpret paperwork associated with shipping/receiving function
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditions
