Key Details:
- Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually DOE
- Bilingual Pay Policy: Additional hourly differential available upon passing language proficiency test
- Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, with four days onsite and one remote day
- Location: Onsite at our offices located at: 18633 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR
Who You Are:
- 3 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, OFLA, and Paid Leave Oregon
- Strong communicator and highly organized
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Maintains confidentiality and sound judgment
Bonus:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience
What You’ll Do:
- Administer benefits and support open enrollment
- Manage leave programs (FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon)
- Support employee relations and investigations
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding
- Assist with payroll processes
- Maintain HR records and compliance
- Support audits, reporting, and training
