Automotive Parts Counterperson – Experienced (5 Years Required)
Our automotive dealership is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of automotive parts experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work well with both technicians and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist service technicians and retail customers with parts orders
- Look up and identify correct automotive parts using dealership software and catalogs
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Process orders, invoices, and returns
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Work closely with service advisors and other team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive parts department experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong computer and catalog lookup skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well with other employees and in a team environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
