Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
