What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients.
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
- Help clients with quotes, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and solutions that fit clients’ needs.
- Work closely with our team to meet agency goals and deliver a great client experience.
- Stay up to date with products, processes, and compliance requirements.
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire).
- Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.
- A genuine desire to help people and grow professionally.
