WHAT IS THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINE ALLIANCE?
Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance (WWVW), a nonprofit organization with over 140 members and community partners in Walla Walla, WA, is searching for a dynamic, visionary Marketing Manager to drive our mission forward. In this role, you'll lead marketing strategy, digital marketing and marketing operations—managing all aspects of the organization's marketing strategy, marketing operations and member programs.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
● Marketing Strategy Planning: Lead marketing, budgeting, and day-to-day operations while managing contractors, vendors and stakeholder relationships to meet organizational goals to ensure mission alignment and impact. Establish, manage, and track goals and KPIs to deliver outcomes aligned with the mission and plan.
● Campaign Digital Media: Digital marketing on social, website, email and advertising channels, in collaboration with staff, committees, and community partners. Ensure member programs evolve to meet changing industry needs.
● Branded Content Assets: Oversee production of member and consumer facing materials such as Wine Guide, digital content, events, collateral and promotional kits
● Marketing Operations Technology: Own, manage and execute email, social and website and provide reporting. Be adept at marketing technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
● Program Member: Support signature programs and events such as Walla Walla On Tour and/or sponsored events as an ambassador of the organization and coordinate associated sign up, marketing communications and membership assistance helping to promote compelling opportunities to members.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a nonprofit, association, or related industry, with demonstrated success in program management and strategic execution; wine industry experience preferred.
● Proven ability in team collaboration, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, member relations.
● Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders, including members, staff, vendors, community leaders, and industry partners.

● Willingness to travel locally up to 25%, with occasional out-of-area travel; valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record required.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., set up events, stand and walk for extended periods, and work at a computer for prolonged periods.
● Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

DETAILS & SALARY
● Location: 10 N 7th Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362
● Job Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
● Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with frequent evenings and weekends
● Pay: $80K-$85K, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
● Target Hire Date: August 2026
