Who are we looking for?
An applicant who has a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and can provide quality control functions for rental assistance programs. The ideal candidate will be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, work within a team, and will be highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
What will you do?
- Provide case management for rental assistance programs
- Maintain close contact with other service agencies and/or organizations to provide information and referral services to program participants and landlords
- Maintain a positive public image and be responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues
What education, experience, skills and competencies are needed?
- Customer service experience
- General math knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality
- Initiative, collaboration and teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Requires two (2) years of college and two (2) years experience in the related field, or four (4) years experience in lieu of education
