Wall Street Mastermind is the leading career coaching program in the industry, helping college and master's students land high paying jobs in investment banking. Our $10,800 program has helped students break into IB roles at top firms, with strong outcomes and testimonials to back it up.
The Role
We're hiring a Setter to help us connect with students who need our help and get them booked in for a strategy call with our team. You'll be doing outbound dialing and texting to warm leads, with some social messaging and Zoom calls mixed in. This is a high energy, high accountability role for someone who wants to be paid based on their performance.
Earnings Potential
OTE (On Target Earnings): $4,000 to $6,000/month for a high performer once ramped up. The first couple of months are typically lower while you're building momentum.
Commission structure:
- $1,500/month base
- $250 per closed set ($750 per VIP set closed)
- Monthly bonus on top of that, based on total sets closed:5 units: $250 bonus
- 7 units: $350 bonus
- 10 units: $500 bonus
- 15 units: $750 bonus
- 20 units: $1,250 bonus
Schedule
Our top performers treat this as a full time focus, not a side gig. Generally normal business hours, and having at least some weekend availability is a big plus.
