Mandatory Qualifications:
- More than 7 Years of experience working on complex projects, including 2 or more years in a leadership role as a UX Engineer.
- 7 Years of experience in UI/UX engineering across the full design lifecycle, including wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, storyboards, and user surveys.
- 1–2 Years of experience working on an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Program in various workstreams within a Health and Human Services environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 7 Years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- 2–5 Years of experience in user research, user modeling, and usability testing.
- 2–5 Years of experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
