proficient in using can, canalyzer / bus analyses tools to verify module telemetry and fault reporting, experience with Modbus
proficient with mechanical (SolidWorks / inventor) fixture design and AutoCAD electrical / eplan wiring layouts
years of Handson experience in ev/bess battery module assembly, cell-sorting automation, or automated functional test fixture develop
hands on experience handling hi voltage modules
assembling mechanical linkages, pneumatic actuators, routing wire harnesses and crimping custom connectors
lithium ion cell hazards, safe handling of damaged modules, and fire-suppression responses
design mechanical fixtures utilizing pneumatic / mechanical actuation to pogo pins and high current connectors to module terminals
develop electrical schematics for low-voltage signal routing and medium-voltage module-level charging/discharging loops (48v-150v dc)
integrate test instrumentation including precision digital multimeters , open circuit voltage testing, ac internal resistance meters and dc internal test equipment
automated bms flashing and verification sequences to test module-level monitoring boards in can / i2c communication networks
execute gauge r&r on high precision voltage implement tracking by integrating readers to link tester data to the unique serial number of each module
ensure manufacturing compliance with strict alignment to quality standards like un 38.3 , ul 1973 , and iec 6261
test cycle times optimized cell balancing and testing architectures to high-volume line times
debug electromechanical failures, weld process defect , component issue on the test equipment
