Role: Lead IBM FileNet Administrator – .NET & Oracle DB
Location: Albany, NY – 100% Onsite

Key Requirements:
• 84 months – IBM FileNet administration/support, enterprise product issue resolution, IBM WebSphere, and IBM Content Navigator in Windows & Linux environments
• 84 months – SOA application integration, including secure SOAP/RESTful Web Services development
• 84 months – Oracle 19c, relational database design, data modeling, SQL objects, PL/SQL, stored procedures/packages, triggers, and complex SQL queries
• 84 months – Deploying and supporting IBM FileNet Content Process Engine (CPE)
• 72 months – Tiered .NET applications, including ASP.NET, ASPOSE, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS
• 84 months – Direct customer interaction for business processes, business rules, and application requirements
• 7 years – ServiceNow/ITSM for incident and service request management
• Strong experience with large-scale application architecture, technical standards, design, and development
