Role: Java AI Consultant
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration : Fulltime
What we’re looking for: 8 Years of Experience
Deep expertise in Java (8 ), Spring Boot, Microservices & Enterprise Architecture
Strong experience in designing & integrating AI/ML and GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms
Solid foundation in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD
Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Data Lakes, Streaming architectures)
Ability to design end-to-end scalable data AI platforms
Proven leadership in mentoring teams and influencing architectural decisions
Experience in BFSI / large enterprise ecosystems is a strong plus
What you’ll do:
Lead AI/ML and GenAI initiatives (NLP, intelligent automation, copilots, RAG-based systems)
Design data-driven architectures leveraging Big Data pipelines & real-time processing
Define reference architectures and governance standards across programs
Collaborate with product, data science, and business stakeholders on high-impact initiatives
