Direct Support Professional - Supported Living

Wall Residences provides high-quality supported living services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to assist them to live independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking part-time, experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) for Supported Living services in the Ashburn, Loudoun, Sterling, and Herndon, Virginia areas. 

Our Supported Living DSP's assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing. Help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities, support personal care needs, providing transportation and any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments, and assisting with medication administration.

Successful candidates are detail-oriented and able keep accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care.

Hiring dependent on references and criminal background check free of barrier crimes. Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record required that meets the following guidelines:

· Minimum of 3 years of driving experience

· No more than 2 moving violations or accidents within past 3 years

· No major violations within past 5 years
