We are seeking a dependable Laborer to join our team at our inert processing facility. This position supports daily site operations and plays an important role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general labor duties including material handling, sorting, and site cleanup
• Assist with inert processing activities as directed
• Support basic equipment or operational tasks (no experience required—training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Communicate any site issues or hazards to supervisors
Requirements:
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in an outdoor environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and maintain safety standards
• Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required
