Job description
Wall Recycling is looking for Customer Care Representative Monday- Friday. This role is responsible for answering the phones, emails, and texts of customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
Job Description:
- Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals for calls, talk time, wait time, and other metrics
- Answers inbound calls in a professional manner
- Courteously interact with customers
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
- Appropriate office attire
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work without supervision

- Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: hourly: $17-$19/hr based experience
